Ecosystem Marketing Manager – Cloud Partners

About the role

Red Hat is seeking an Ecosystem Marketing Manager to lead joint marketing initiatives with strategic cloud partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Oracle. The role focuses on translating global cloud campaigns into regional programs that drive demand, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with regional cloud sales priorities and joint business plans.
• Plan, develop, and launch joint demand‑generation programs, digital campaigns, events, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Account Managers, Sales, Alliances, Field Marketing, and partner marketing teams to support co‑sell motions.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds and maximum business impact.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROMI using Salesforce and Tableau.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in technology, cloud, or partner ecosystems.
• Proven experience working with strategic partners or alliances.
• Strong project‑management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
