Ecommerce Specialist

About the role

Moment, a fast‑growing wellness brand, is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join its global, high‑growth team. This remote position works directly with the Head of eCommerce and Marketing, helping to drive performance across direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) channels, Amazon, and paid media.

Key responsibilities

• Own reporting for DTC, Amazon, and paid campaigns, interpreting data to guide decisions.
• Run site conversion initiatives, including landing pages, product detail pages, offers, bundles, pop‑ups, and maintain a live test calendar.
• Brief creators and designers, ensuring content and assets meet deadlines.
• Support budget decisions across channels and track weekly spend versus results.
• Collaborate with the lifecycle marketer on email and SMS execution.
• Maintain the marketing calendar across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in ecommerce or growth roles at startups or small brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret spreadsheets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
• Excellent written communication for briefing creatives and crafting compelling hooks.
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in taking initiative.
