Ecommerce Operations Manager

About the role

Pattern Brands is seeking a proactive Ecommerce Operations Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across its premium home product portfolio. Working primarily on the Miracle Made brand and supporting Onsen and GIR, you will ensure the Shopify Plus stores run smoothly while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Shopify store operations: product catalog, pricing, promotions, discount codes, and daily site functionality.
• Coordinate with external development agencies via Asana, write clear tickets, prioritize sprints, and QA releases before production.
• Support funnel operations by overseeing stock updates, catalog syncing, and custom landing page maintenance.
• Publish and update site content, imagery, and merchandising structures in partnership with creative and merch teams.
• Execute on‑site SEO tasks, including metadata optimization and technical fixes to boost organic traffic.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Shopify Plus stores.
• Strong project‑management mindset with the ability to drive cross‑functional workstreams.
• Fluent English communication skills.
