Ecommerce Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to nurture client relationships and help optimise online shopping experiences. You will work closely with senior strategists, design and development teams, and agency partners to deliver data‑driven ecommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and communicating impact.
• Participate in, and eventually lead, regular client check‑ins and internal agency touch‑bases.
• Assist in planning and executing ecommerce optimisation campaigns, tracking timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement site changes, perform QA, and translate technical updates for clients.
• Contribute to Agile workflows, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Research, recommend, and help implement ecommerce apps that meet client needs.
• Support the creation of case studies and documentation of client wins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in ecommerce, account management or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Curious, coachable and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify (preferred), WooCommerce or Magento.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of project‑management tools such as Jira or Asana.
