Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator - Associate

About the role

The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator supports EY GDS’s Talent Attraction & Acquisition team by executing the Early Careers recruiting strategy and providing high‑quality service to candidates and recruiters. This role is pivotal in managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and administrative processes that ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Early Careers recruiting strategy and devise creative campus‑recruiting support activities.
• Utilise the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates, manage referrals and generate reports.
• Support risk‑management steps, including resume, transcript, and pre‑hire requirement reviews, as well as offer and evaluation processes.
• Organise and execute candidate selection processes, handling communications as directed by recruiters.
• Plan and manage virtual interview sessions, troubleshooting cancellations, rescheduling and technology issues.
• Maintain interviewer lists and provide status updates to recruiters and client‑service teams.
• Assist with virtual webinars and onboarding sessions for EY Next Steps.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and check requests for the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline (preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR or recruiting processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in professional services or large‑scale organisations is desirable.
