Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator - Associate

About the role

The Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team by executing the Early Careers recruiting strategy and handling various candidate‑service tasks. This role works closely with recruiters to ensure smooth interview processes, accurate candidate tracking, and compliance with risk‑management procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Early Careers recruiting strategy and develop creative campus‑recruiting support activities.
• Utilize the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates, manage referrals, and generate reports.
• Support risk‑management steps, including resume, transcript, onboarding, and pre‑hire requirement reviews, as well as offer and evaluation processes.
• Organize and execute candidate selection processes and communications as directed by recruiters.
• Plan and manage virtual interview logistics, handling cancellations, rescheduling, and technology issues.
• Maintain interviewer lists and provide status updates to recruiters and client‑service teams.
• Assist with virtual webinars and onboarding sessions for EY Next Steps.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and check requests for the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline (preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Argentina time, aligning with Pacific‑time schedules.
