About the role
We are seeking an experienced E‑commerce Account Manager to lead the sales performance of Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO products across Argentina and the wider LATAM online market. In this role you will work closely with distributors and major e‑commerce platforms to ensure smooth order fulfillment, coordinate new product launches and translate market feedback into strategies that increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO on Argentine and LATAM e‑commerce platforms by managing product listings, pricing and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with distributors and marketplace partners to guarantee seamless order processing, inventory accuracy and timely delivery.
- Plan, execute and monitor promotional campaigns and new product introductions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Collect, analyse and report sales data and user feedback, providing actionable market insights to improve performance and capture greater market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions, contributing to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with LATAM e‑commerce platforms and a solid understanding of the online market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales and market data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with internal teams, distributors and platform partners.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
