About the role
EY is looking for a Data Lead to oversee the end-to-end data migration effort into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role manages one junior resource and keeps all data-related activities aligned across the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Define and coordinate the data migration approach
- Develop Excel-based data load templates for clients to complete, and give them clear system specifications and guidance
- Work closely with the client's data team, responsible for data mapping and cleansing, to ensure data quality, completeness and alignment with CRM requirements
- Execute sample and partial data loads into lower environments to support development and validation
- Manage dependencies across upstream systems and stay aligned with integration load schedules
- Coordinate full data loads in preparation for go-live
Required skills
- Data migration execution and strategy
- Data mapping and transformation logic
- Data cleansing and quality management
- Familiarity with CRM data models and requirements
- Release management and deployment coordination
