Director, Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the end‑to‑end procurement and logistics functions for large, complex EPC/EPCM projects. The role will shape and execute supply‑chain strategies that ensure equipment, materials and third‑party services are delivered safely, on schedule and at optimal value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the project Procurement Plan, identifying critical equipment, materials and services.
• Lead procurement, logistics, materials management, expediting and contracts teams across major projects.
• Develop and manage approved vendor lists, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare RFQ packages, evaluate vendor bids and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate with engineering, project controls, construction and commercial teams to align supply‑chain execution with project milestones.
• Mentor and develop supply‑chain personnel, including procurement managers, buyers and logistics specialists.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage contract amendments, claims and change orders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, systems and tools.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in procurement and supply‑chain management for large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards and ethical procurement practices.
