Director, Paid Search

About the role

Brainlabs is seeking a Director of Paid Search to lead the delivery of high‑impact search campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. You will act as the senior escalation point, ensure standards are met, and drive practice‑wide initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and measure paid search campaigns, delivering strong ROI for clients.
• Develop and maintain best‑practice guidelines, processes and a roadmap for the Paid Search practice.
• Serve as the senior point of escalation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Lead and mentor team members, growing capability across the practice.
• Collaborate with the Head of Practice on resource management and new‑business opportunities.
• Adopt and champion technology, automation and process optimisation to scale delivery.

Required profile

• 6+ years of paid search delivery experience with a proven record of campaign optimisation.
• Demonstrated success using automation, processes and technology to improve performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical and process‑driven.
• Effective communicator who enjoys problem‑solving and continuous learning.
