Director, Franchise Finance – Argentina & Uruguay

About the role

The Director of Franchise Finance for Argentina & Uruguay will design and execute a robust financial strategy that drives top‑line growth, improves returns, and supports talent development across a complex and volatile zone.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Operational Franchise VP and Zone CFO to align financial activities with zone growth objectives.
• Provide a holistic view of business performance, including P&L, system economics, benchmarking, revenue growth management, pricing strategy, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead risk assessments, resource allocation recommendations, and financial modeling for top‑line scenarios.
• Collaborate with bottling system representatives to create incentives, cooperative plans, and other mechanisms that drive growth.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of finance leaders within the franchise finance team.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong macro‑economic insight and risk‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable profitability improvements.

Required skills
