Director, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement – Product

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth of its Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) product portfolio across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. The Director will shape regional strategy, define product narratives, and partner with global and market teams to accelerate adoption of Mastercard Offers and the emerging Commerce Media ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and develop differentiated product positioning for CA&E solutions.
• Lead the scaling of Mastercard Offers as a core capability in LAC.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance to regional market teams, ensuring alignment with global product roadmaps.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of consumer acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product management, loyalty, or digital marketing within the payments or fintech sector.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of launching and scaling B2C/B2B solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams.
• Ability to navigate complex, fast‑changing market dynamics in LAC.
