Digital Project Manager (SEO & PPC)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead SEO, PPC and social media marketing projects for its translation services division. Based in Buenos Aires, you will act as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify project instructions with Account Executives and Client Services before workflow initiation.
• Advise clients on optimal strategies to achieve their digital marketing goals.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists to maximize profitability and speed.
• Utilize computer‑assisted translation (CAT) tools and reference glossaries to ensure consistency.
• Monitor and communicate any issues, delays or additional information promptly.
• Liaise with Quality Managers, Desktop Publishing and other departments essential to the workflow.
• Assess keyword research and content‑optimization projects, performing quality checks on keywords and URLs.
• Conduct final eye‑quality reviews and assign quality scores before delivery.
• Deliver completed projects to clients or internal platforms on schedule.
• Invoice projects accurately within 24 hours of completion.
• Maintain relationships with global contract linguists and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare compliance reports as required.
