Digital Project Manager

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing projects from inception to delivery. The role serves as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing projects from start to finish.
• Confirm clarity of instructions before initiating workflow and adjust project parameters as needed.
• Liaise with Account Executives and Client Services to advise clients on optimal project approaches.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists to maximize profitability and speed.
• Utilize computer‑assisted translation tools and reference glossaries to ensure consistency.
• Communicate issues, delays or additional information immediately and troubleshoot problems.
• Collaborate with Quality Managers, Desktop Publishing and other departments essential to project workflow.
• Assess keyword research and content optimization projects, perform final quality checks, and issue quality scores.
• Return completed projects on time and bill accurately within 24 hours of completion.
