Digital Marketing Trainee (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Kimberly-Clark’s digital marketing team as a Trainee, supporting iconic brands such as Huggies®, Kleenex® and others. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with product owners and local teams to design and execute CRM-driven campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in data analysis and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document CRM requirements by participating in stakeholder meetings and forwarding detailed specifications to the CRM team.
• Assist in the creation and execution of email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and receives timely approvals.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and prepare reports that highlight insights and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Final-year university student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing trends and basic AI tools.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and a passion for storytelling and innovation.
• Availability to work part-time for the duration of the internship.
