• Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify trends and address challenges.
• Present high‑level recommendations and reports that translate marketing data into clear business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure campaign execution aligns with client goals.
• Identify new opportunities for service expansion or strategic pivots to maximize client ROI.
• Foster long‑term, trust‑based relationships by acting as a consultant rather than a task manager.

Required profile

• 2+ years of client‑facing experience at a digital marketing agency, managing account strategy and performance.
• Proven ability to develop and present digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn technical data into a compelling narrative.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence to explain complex concepts in simple, actionable terms.
• Precise organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
