Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow paid media efforts across Meta, Google, and TikTok. The role is fully remote and focuses on full‑funnel strategy, performance optimisation, and transitioning the business from agency‑led to in‑house execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Develop and implement full‑funnel media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Continuously optimise audiences, creatives, bids, budgets and formats to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR and reach.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure brand‑consistent assets.
• Produce performance reports focused on key metrics and insights.
• Lead the shift from agency‑managed to in‑house media execution.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for paid media strategy.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid digital media, preferably in‑house or at a performance‑focused agency.
• Proven track record scaling campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable optimisations.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
