Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the firm’s online growth. Working remotely, you will create and optimise short‑form video content, manage paid social campaigns, and oversee the law firm’s website analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit and publish 60‑90 second videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels using DaVinci Resolve and Descript.
• Design thumbnails and graphics in Canva and maintain a platform‑specific content calendar.
• Analyse weekly performance data, adjust strategies and report results.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), handling targeting, budgeting and creative testing.
• Coordinate with web vendors, lead the selection of a Webflow developer and ensure the website reflects current firm positioning.
• Monitor traffic, conversions and lead attribution in Google Analytics and provide insights to the attorney.

Required profile

• Strong command of English to edit legal content accurately.
• Self‑directed, organized and able to meet clear deadlines.
• Available for at least four hours of PST overlap each day.

Required skills

• DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent video editor) and Descript.
• Canva for thumbnail and graphic creation.
• Hands‑on experience running Meta ads, including targeting and budget management.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics reporting.
• Experience managing web vendors; Webflow knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels platforms.
