Digital Marketing Manager – Remote

About the role

Benson Law APC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth and amplify the firm’s impact. You will lead content creation, short‑form video production, and paid‑media strategy across multiple platforms while supporting the firm’s modern legal experience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish short‑form video clips (60‑90 seconds) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels using DaVinci Resolve and Descript.
• Maintain a content calendar, optimize posting cadence, and create thumbnails and graphics in Canva.
• Analyze weekly performance data, adjust strategies, and report results.
• Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and creative testing.
• Oversee website vendor relationships, lead Webflow developer selection, and ensure site reflects firm positioning.
• Track traffic, conversions, and lead attribution in Google Analytics.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, organized, and able to meet clear deadlines.
• Available for at least 4 hours of PST overlap daily.
• Conversational English with strong comprehension for legal content.

• Base salary USD 1,200‑1,500 per month plus performance bonuses up to 50%.
