Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Manager at TELUS Digital, you will lead the design, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns for our clients. Working in a hybrid setting from our Buenos Aires office, you will collaborate with global teams to ensure technology adoption and measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of complex MarTech projects using platforms such as Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, Segment, mParticle, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Punchh.
• Drive client success by defining engagement scopes, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering regular performance reports.
• Coach project teams and mentor the Growth team to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct discovery workshops to align client business goals with optimal marketing technology stacks.
• Train clients on their tech stack, advise on best practices, and support scaling initiatives.
• Manage ongoing service engagements, including push and email campaigns, analytics, and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors to create custom marketing solutions and resolve technical inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and MarTech integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
