Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

UV Skinz is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to own the day‑to‑day performance of its digital acquisition channels. Reporting directly to the CEO and Fractional CMO, you will drive customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and build the foundation for future team growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Oversee Amazon Advertising and coordinate with Bing/Microsoft Ads and Criteo.
• Implement attribution and reporting using Triple Whale (or similar platforms).
• Conduct creative testing, analyze campaign performance, and provide weekly reports with recommendations.
• Allocate budget across channels, monitor pacing, and collaborate with creative, email, and retention teams.

Required profile

• 3‑7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably with ecommerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Hands‑on expertise in Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret attribution beyond platform metrics.
• Detail‑oriented, curious, and results‑driven.
