Digital Marketing Assistant – Remote

About the role

Sistaco, an innovative beauty brand, is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help execute email, SMS, social media, and promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create, build, schedule and report on email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Assist with social media scheduling, engagement and content coordination across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate on product launches, seasonal promotions and overall campaign strategy.
• Coordinate creative assets and product messaging with the design team.
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click‑through, ROI) and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce and digital‑marketing trends to generate fresh ideas.
• Manage and continuously improve the Shopify website to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, e‑commerce or digital communications.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for digital marketing and genuine interest in beauty, lifestyle or DTC e‑commerce.
• Highly organized, fast‑learning and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive, creative and eager to grow within a supportive team.

Required skills

• Klaviyo (email/SMS platform).
• Canva or basic creative design tools.
• Shopify website management.
