Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

GoPancham, an Inc. 5000 agency serving fitness businesses, is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to act as the strategic growth partner for its clients. You will own a portfolio of fitness business owners, translating performance data into actionable strategies while collaborating with internal media buyers, creatives, and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of 6‑12 month client portfolios and drive retention through strategic guidance.
• Conduct back‑to‑back strategy calls, turning Meta and Google performance data into clear, trusted recommendations.
• Develop long‑term growth plans rather than weekly check‑ins.
• Identify retention risks early and proactively address them.
• Collaborate daily with media buyers, creative strategists, and designers without managing the ad execution yourself.

Required profile

• 3+ years as the primary point of contact for a client portfolio, not just ticket‑based support.
• Deep marketing knowledge sufficient to lead strategic conversations confidently.
• Proven track record with measurable account results and retention.
• Strong time‑management skills to handle consecutive client calls without losing context.
• Excellent communication that earns client trust.
• Full‑time availability with daily overlap on US/Canada business hours.
• Nice to have: agency experience, familiarity with GoHighLevel or HubSpot, and fitness industry background.
