Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Blackbird e-Solutions LLC is a boutique digital marketing agency dedicated to the soccer industry. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to own the day‑to‑day delivery of our retainer clients, allowing the founder to focus on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of active retainer accounts, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliverables.
• Own and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple client accounts.
• Track, analyze, and report core SEO and PPC performance metrics, flagging issues and keeping clients informed.
• Coordinate workflows, prioritize competing demands, and keep projects moving smoothly across the portfolio.
• Support the founder during the transition period and gradually become the primary point of contact for clients.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, account management, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Comfortable managing content schedules and overseeing SEO/PPC metrics without close supervision.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to work independently.
• Clear communicator who can keep clients confident and projects on track.
• Experience in an agency environment is preferred.
• Genuine, deep passion for soccer.
