About the role

As a Digital Designer for a leading global automotive company, you will create engaging visual content that supports brand objectives across multiple channels. You will collaborate with copywriters, account managers, creative directors, and strategists to deliver high‑impact designs that drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full creative process from ideation to production, ensuring innovative and consistent deliverables.

• Present design concepts confidently to clients and senior stakeholders, articulating the creative vision.

• Lead the conceptual and aesthetic development of campaigns, experiential activations, and digital assets.
• Set industry benchmarks by delivering intelligent, impactful, and scalable work.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in design and art direction within advertising or marketing.
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborative mindset, working effectively with creative leads and copywriters.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions to senior leaders and clients.
• Analytical thinker who can assess ideas critically and contribute strategic insights.
