DevOps Manager

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead our enterprise DevOps initiatives. The role will guide a diverse technology stack, drive automation, and ensure operational excellence across cloud, integration, and data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap while mentoring a high‑performing team.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and manage Jira workflows to support agile delivery.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of Azure Cloud services, including Data Factory, Databricks and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment across Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks, and champion security, compliance and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Azure Cloud services (Data Factory, Databricks, Azure DevOps).
• CI/CD tools: Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Salesforce DevOps practices.
• MuleSoft integration.
• SQL Server administration and optimisation.
