DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑growing technology company’s engineering team. The role is fully remote, serving customers in LATAM and North America, and focuses on building and operating cloud‑native infrastructure at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across production environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging and observability best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve developer experience and platform efficiency.
• Automate provisioning using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis and drive operational excellence.
• Support security, compliance and disaster‑recovery processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Experience supporting high‑growth SaaS platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes and Docker.
• CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform (or similar).
• Scripting/programming: Python, Go, Bash.
• Linux system administration and networking.
• Cloud security principles.
• Monitoring and observability tools.
