DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes Operations

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets, maintaining and upgrading clusters, and deploying open‑source components across a GitOps‑based deployment model. You will use GitLab and ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments, refine change processes, automate operational workflows using Bash or other scripting languages, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integrations and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets, maintaining and upgrading clusters, and deploying open‑source components.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes for recognizing, notifying, and updating Kubernetes changes while collaborating with other teams.
• Use GitLab and ArgoCD for GitOps‑based deployments, write and update internal documentation, and automate workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and open‑source components.
• Refine Kubernetes change processes and automate operational workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes administration.
• Experience with Git and GitOps practices.
• Proficiency with ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with open‑source technologies in the Kubernetes ecosystem such as Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Flux, or Docker.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Upper‑intermediate English level.
