Deployment Strategist

About the role

ElevenLabs is looking for a Deployment Strategist to join its Forward Deployed team and help customers adopt ElevenAgents, the company’s enterprise AI platform. You will work closely with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals and guide them from use‑case identification to successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to uncover pain points and define AI‑driven workflow improvements.
• Own flagship deals end‑to‑end, including use‑case selection, commercial terms, and outcome‑based pricing.
• Embed with customers as a trusted partner, spending time onsite and driving delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to prototype and launch high‑impact AI agents.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and C‑suite executives.
• Feed field insights back to research teams to shape product road‑maps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous projects and deliver measurable results.
• Strong commercial instinct and comfort navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with API integration and prototyping.
• Understanding of large language models (LLM) and AI agent frameworks.
