About the role
Viva is looking for a hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to own the end‑to‑end B2B marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline for US‑based tech companies. This remote position focuses on measurable revenue impact rather than vanity metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Generate marketing‑qualified pipeline by designing and executing multi‑channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email and content.
- Collaborate with Sales to define ICP, improve lead quality and track conversion from lead to revenue.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns, managing budgets, bids and performance.
- Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages, demo flows and high‑intent pages, using data to fix drop‑offs.
- Track funnel metrics, model pipeline performance and maintain HubSpot for lead capture, routing, attribution and reporting.
Required profile
- 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
- Proven track record generating pipeline for US mid‑market buyers.
- Hands‑on experience running and optimising paid media campaigns.
- Strong CRO background with data‑driven improvements.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
- Based in Latin America.
