Deals Diligence Analytics Manager

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager to lead client engagements in its Deals practice, focusing on financial due diligence and analytics. The manager analyzes complex financial data, mentors junior staff, manages client accounts and oversees project execution, within the Operations and Analytics Diligence & Value Creation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions
• Analyze financial statements and carry out comprehensive financial reviews
• Develop financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decisions
• Manage client relationships and provide insights on financial performance metrics
• Oversee detailed financial reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify opportunities for profitable growth and working capital optimization
• Guide teams in applying corporate finance principles and conduct market trend analysis
• Coach and mentor junior staff on analytical skills and business acumen
• Ensure information security and data protection, and maintain analytical integrity by linking transactional data to reported financial statements
• Prepare data, transform and model it using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and SQL

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Certified Public Accountant license, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant or CFA
• Oral and written English proficiency

• Financial modeling, forecasting and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• ETL and data preparation tools (Alteryx, Power Query); Python, SQL or other basic programming preferred
