Data Solutions Senior Associate - Tax Practice

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate in its Data Solutions team within the Tax practice, based at the Acceleration Center Buenos Aires. The role sits at the heart of global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, helping clients across geographies and jurisdictions. You will analyze and interpret datasets, optimize data for reporting, and collaborate on automation and digital transformation initiatives that improve the quality, scalability and effectiveness of Tax services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs to design and implement experience strategies that enhance customer and employee engagement
• Collaborate with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions integrating business, experience and technology
• Transform and optimize data for internal consumption and reporting using SQL or Python
• Validate data quality, accuracy and consistency across multiple sources
• Develop reporting, analytics and data visualization capabilities to improve operational efficiency
• Implement technology tools and digital solutions to make services more scalable and effective
• Support data entry and automation activities within new technology platforms
• Map, review and validate data within system workflows and processes
• Test applications, system enhancements and new platform functionalities to support project delivery
• Build meaningful client connections and anticipate the needs of teams and clients
• Follow responsible information management, including information security and data protection

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Ability to handle complex situations, build a personal brand and deepen technical skills
