Customer Support Representative – Remote

About the role

This position is a fully remote customer support role. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling account updates, billing questions, and service inquiries while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide clear, professional support.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and courteously.
• Process registrations, account updates, changes, and refunds.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve related issues.
• Maintain and update customer records and spreadsheets.
• Support scheduling and roster changes.
• Communicate program details to parents and guardians.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests and escalate urgent issues to management.
• Learn service areas, cities, and locations to assist customers accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Clear, easy‑to‑understand speaking voice.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and independent decision‑making.
• Organized, reliable, and process‑driven.
