Customer Support Consultant – Hospitality (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join its multilingual, remote team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to hospitality‑related customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email while representing leading SaaS and hardware brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and courteous support through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tools, technology, and client solutions.
• Handle sensitive data securely and follow privacy standards.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional specialists to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) in both spoken and written communication.
• 6‑12 months of experience in a customer support role.
• Analytical thinking and strong research abilities.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
