Customer Support Agent – Cordoba

About the role

Transferz is looking for a solution‑driven Customer Support Agent to join its global Operations team in Cordoba. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, travel brands and transfer companies, delivering premium assistance through an AI‑first omnichannel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide live phone, email and chat support via the omnichannel ticketing system.
• Resolve journey‑related issues end‑to‑end for travelers, partners and transfer companies.
• Manage orders, tickets and case documentation in internal back‑office and CRM tools.
• Handle disruptions, complaints and refunds following defined workflows and escalation rules.
• Investigate complex cases by analysing data across systems and past interactions.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, balancing speed, accuracy and customer experience.
• Escalate cases based on impact, risk and policy, and share operational insights with the team.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to ensure continuity and quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong ownership, proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Empathy, patience and the ability to adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Full‑time availability, including weekends, and willingness to work in a hybrid setting.
• Bonus: proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, French, Italian) or experience in customer service, travel industry, or CRM/BI tools.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
• Comfort using an omnichannel ticketing platform.
