About the role
We are a fast‑growing, VC‑backed technology company seeking a hands‑on Customer Success Team Leader to drive adoption and ROI for our international client base. In this player‑coach position you will manage a global team of Customer Success Managers while directly owning key accounts and guiding AI‑focused implementation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support an international team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a consultative, value‑driven culture.
- Maintain a personal book of business, partnering with strategic accounts to understand financial and operational workflows.
- Define operational goals, conduct business reviews and demonstrate concrete financial returns.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, providing strategic guidance to resolve blockers.
- Ensure consistent execution of onboarding, training and support processes across regions.
- Monitor usage, adoption and engagement metrics to proactively reduce churn and identify growth opportunities.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Operations teams and support post‑sales conversations when deep product expertise is needed.
Required profile
- Hands‑on leader who enjoys direct customer interaction while supporting a team.
- Strong background in management consulting, fintech, implementation or project‑oriented environments.
- Proven analytical ability to discuss financial metrics, ROI and complex software implementations.
- Fluency in at least two languages, with English required.
