Customer Success Manager – Government Projects (LATAM)

About the role

Matific is seeking a Customer Success professional to serve as the primary point of contact for schools and government representatives in the LATAM region, with a focus on the Córdoba Province education system in Argentina. You will lead onboarding, provide training, and nurture relationships to ensure high platform adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new schools, ensuring smooth integration onto the Matific platform.
• Deliver personalized training and ongoing support to teachers, facilitators, and principals through onsite visits, virtual sessions, webinars, and instructional materials.
• Maintain regular check‑ins with school users, offering value‑added services and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention.
• Monitor platform usage data, provide insights and recommendations to improve utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams on projects, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives.
• Stay current with all platform features and updates to provide accurate support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in client‑facing or educational project/service/support roles.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and projects with a focus on achieving customer success.
• Passionate about leveraging technology to improve learning outcomes.
