Customer Service Virtual Assistant (Remote, DTC Brand)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join a fast‑growing U.S. eCommerce DTC brand. You will be the first point of contact, handling email and social media inquiries, ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails using provided scripts and tone guidelines.
• Monitor and reply to comments on social media advertisements.
• Utilize basic customer service tools and Google Sheets (training provided).
• Escalate issues according to internal processes.
• Maintain consistent, calm, and professional communication.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Patience and professionalism, especially with repetitive or challenging requests.
• Basic comfort with email, documents, spreadsheets, and safe browsing.
• Willingness to learn and incorporate feedback.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Basic customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias – optional).
