Customer Service Representative (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Join a U.S.-based personal injury law firm as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a sales‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Qualify leads according to case criteria and convert them into signed clients.
• Document client information and case details in CloudLex or the firm’s case management system.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps with attorneys and case managers.
• Conduct follow‑ups to improve conversion rates and flag urgent cases for escalation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in intake, sales, customer service, call‑center, or administrative roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with CloudLex or similar case‑management/CRM platforms.
