Customer Service Representative – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver high‑quality, human‑focused support at scale. This fully remote, full‑time position serves Uproot Clean’s eco‑friendly pet‑owner brand, handling inquiries across email, social media and order management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and support platforms, ensuring fast, accurate, and high‑quality responses.
• Handle social media DMs and comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while maintaining brand tone.
• Process order changes, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, investigate issues thoroughly, and provide complete resolutions.
• Share customer feedback and recurring issues with internal teams to help improve products and operations.

Required profile

• Clear, empathetic, and efficient written communication in English.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of customer interactions and multitasking across platforms.
• Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and takes ownership until issues are resolved.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience in customer service, preferably ecommerce or DTC.
• Strong written English communication.
• Experience with social media support (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
