Join Uproot Clean as a dedicated Customer Service Representative and become the voice of our brand. This is a full-time, 100% remote position specifically designed for talented professionals located in Latin America who thrive in dynamic, digital-first environments.

Missions principales

• Manage daily customer interactions across multiple channels including email, support platforms, and social media.
• Provide timely, accurate, and human-centric responses to inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Handle end-to-end order management, including modifications, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer conflicts with high levels of empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify key areas for service improvement.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions without compromising quality.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a natural ability to de-escalate complex situations.
