Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a personable and self‑driven Customer Service Representative to join a well‑established home services company on a fully remote basis. The role combines outbound calling with email and administrative support, focusing on existing customers and membership members. You will work independently within a structured schedule and have clear pathways for performance‑based raises.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to schedule appointments and follow up with existing customers and members.
• Handle a high volume of customer email correspondence, especially for commercial accounts.
• Fill the three‑day scheduling board by following up with customers.
• De‑escalate concerns and guide upset customers toward positive resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the scheduling department.
• Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM.
• Support growth of the membership program through proactive engagement.
• Switch between tasks efficiently throughout the day.

Required profile

• Written and spoken English at C1 level, clear and professional on phone and email.
• At least 2 years of combined phone and email customer service experience.
• Stable work history with demonstrated growth.
• Ability to work autonomously in an unstructured remote environment.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and de‑escalation skills.

• Experience using email communication tools.

What we offer

• Compensation $900‑$1,350 USD per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM EST (40 h/week) with a 30‑minute lunch.
