Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

Virtual Latinos is seeking experienced customer service professionals to join its remote team. You will handle multi‑channel support, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure high‑quality experiences for clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client and teammate inquiries via email, live chat, and phone following company guidelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex customer issues, manage escalations, and maintain satisfaction.
• Perform CRM‑related tasks, keep records accurate, manage client accounts, and process account changes.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools to draft, personalize, and review replies, reducing resolution time while preserving quality.
• Document interactions, identify recurring trends, and provide actionable feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, support, or client‑facing roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (C1+) and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and quick learning of new systems.
