Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a personable, organized, and self‑driven Customer Service Representative to join a long‑standing home services company. The position is fully remote and combines outbound calling with email and administrative support for existing customers and members.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to schedule appointments and follow up with existing customers and members.
• Handle a high volume of customer email correspondence, especially for commercial accounts.
• Fill the three‑day scheduling board and coordinate with the scheduling department.
• De‑escalate concerns and guide upset customers toward positive resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM.
• Support internal team communication and contribute to membership program growth.
• Switch between tasks efficiently throughout the day.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English at C1 level.
• Minimum 2 years of combined phone and email customer service experience.
• Stable work history with demonstrated growth.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an unstructured remote environment.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and de‑escalation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with email communication tools.
