Gates, a global leader in fluid power and power transmission solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in a customer‑facing role.
• College degree or equivalent work experience that demonstrates understanding of fundamental concepts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
