About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role you will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels, delivering prompt and professional support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as required.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when appropriate.
- Collect feedback and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional and empathetic attitude in challenging situations.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support software (preferred).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
