About the role

The Customer Service Representative at IFF serves as a vital link between customers, sales, and operations, ensuring accurate order processing and high-quality service delivery. You will support customers throughout the order-to-cash cycle, resolve inquiries, and help drive continuous improvement in service efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing professional resolutions.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned customers and internal sales teams.
• Act as a communication bridge between customers, sales, and operations.
• Monitor order status, proactively addressing potential issues or delays.
• Apply product, availability, and logistics knowledge to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, service levels, and customer expectations.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, order management, or supply-chain roles.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment in handling complex situations.

Required skills
