Customer Service Associate

About the role

Ecolab is looking for an energetic Customer Service Associate to join its Buenos Aires team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the benefits of Ecolab’s products through high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 60‑100 inbound calls daily and manage outbound calls as needed.
• Provide prompt, courteous assistance while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of products, accounts, and dispensing systems.
• Accurately document calls on screen and process orders, literature requests, and related information.
• Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to troubleshoot dispenser system issues for customers and field staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Experience using customer service software.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize workload.
• Fluent in English; SAP knowledge is a plus.
