Customer Project Manager – Healthcare Implementation

About the role

The Customer Project Manager will lead the implementation of the Tasy EMR system in health institutions. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring project schedules, milestones and risks while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects of Tasy EMR across hospitals and clinics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication between customers, internal technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery meets scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations.

Required profile

• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience managing health‑information‑system implementation projects.
• Availability to travel to client sites.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Project‑management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile are advantageous.
