Customer Onboarding Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Hostaway is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its LATAM team. You will guide new clients through their first interactions with the platform, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Implement effective onboarding processes for new customers, providing tailored training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Develop customized onboarding materials in Spanish and English and maintain proactive communication throughout the onboarding phase.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify improvement opportunities and streamline onboarding.
• Monitor onboarding effectiveness using feedback and metrics, and serve as the primary point of contact for new customers.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success within SaaS.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects with attention to detail.
